HAST Potter County grand jury has indicted three people on felony murder charges in connection with the death of George Glen Eggleston. Tabitha Pauline Thrasher, 48; Christian Anthony Matthew Eaglin, 31; and Clyde Andrew Casey Jr., 41 are charged. Eggleston, 61, was found dead May 11th at the Fifth Season Inn. The investigation has moved to trial stage.

HAST In Amarillo proper, Lakeside Drive near Triangle Drive saw a major traffic crash Wednesday morning. Five vehicles and three pedestrians were struck. One pedestrian, Richard Hayes, 67, was transported to a local hospital. He died from his injuries. Police investigation is ongoing.
KELI The City of Canyon has moved into stage one drought conditions. Water demand has exceeded 65 percent of available production capacity for more than five consecutive days. The city is asking customers to follow a voluntary watering schedule: even-numbered addresses water Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday; odd-numbered addresses on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Parks and the Palo Duro Creek Golf Course will reduce irrigation as part of the conservation effort.
HAST The Randall County Sheriff's Office released information about arrests in a trailer theft that happened back in April. Two people were taken into custody following that investigation. Details on charges are still being clarified through county records.
