Here's what matters structurally: a federal judge halted above-ground construction related to the ballroom case, but explicitly allowed the underground military complex to continue. A CNN legal analyst, Mark O'Mara, said he had to appreciate what he called the arrogance of that position. Reddington is essentially saying he knows eleven jurors are in his favor, and one isn't. O'Mara said: I don't know how he knows that, because none of us do. That's a trial moment where defense confidence either signals inside knowledge or overreach. The jury hasn't voted yet. The case is live.
