The Short Version

We collect your email, usage data, and payment info through Stripe (we never see your card number). If you use Daisy, we record calls for 90 days. We use AI services (Anthropic, Cartesia, ElevenLabs) to process your content. We do not sell your personal information. You can request your data or ask us to delete it by emailing legal@inkwell.wiki. Texas law governs this policy.

I. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services operated by G10be, a trade name of Gilco LLC, Amarillo, Texas. Our products include Tab, Daisy, Narrator Cinema, The Tool, Story Forge, Timegram, Gas Tracker, and racer.wiki.

II. Information We Collect

Account Information

Email address and display name. Authentication via magic link — we do not collect or store passwords.

Phone Number

Collected if you use Daisy or Tab SMS notifications.

GPS Location

With permission, for Timegram venues, Gas Tracker reports, and Daisy delivery routing. Disable in device settings anytime.

Photos and Media

Stored if you use Timegram or Narrator Cinema.

Voice Recordings

Daisy calls are recorded for order accuracy and improvement. Retained 90 days, then auto-deleted.

Written Content

Text submitted to The Tool, Story Forge, forums, and other services.

Order History

Tab meals, merchandise, digital downloads, and Ink transactions.

Payment Information

Handled by Stripe. We never store your full credit card number. Stripe provides us a token, last four digits, and confirmation.

Device and Browser

Device type, browser, IP address, and usage patterns for analytics and fraud prevention.

Telematics

For racer.wiki driving analysis: GPS tracks, accelerometer data (opt-in only).

Ink Balances

Credit balance and transaction ledger maintained permanently for financial reconciliation.

Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.

Portability: Request machine-readable data export.

How to Exercise: Email legal@inkwell.wiki with the email on your account. We verify identity before processing.

Response Times: 45 days (CCPA), 30 days (Texas Data Privacy Act). Extensions with notice if needed.

VII. Children’s Privacy

G10be services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If discovered, we delete it promptly.

Parents: contact legal@inkwell.wiki for COPPA requests. Users 13–17 may use services with parental consent.

VIII. Security

We implement reasonable security measures: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, regular security reviews, and magic link auth (no passwords to steal).

No system is 100% secure. In the event of a breach, we notify you per applicable law.

IX. International Users

G10be is US-based. Data is transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

EEA users: we process data under legitimate interest and consent. Exercise GDPR rights via legal@inkwell.wiki.

X. Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

XI. Changes to This Policy

Material changes require 30 days email notice. Continued use after notice = acceptance.
