Maria lives in Amarillo. She drives a paid-off Corolla and has two hours between her kids' school pickup and dinner.

At 5:12, Maria gets a ping: Claude caravan, 6 p.m. departure, 4 riders locked, 2 empty seats. Pickups: Chipotle, Torchy's, Tyler's BBQ, Braum's. Your take-home: $52 minimum.

She accepts. The app maps her route: Chipotle → Torchy's → Tyler's → Braum's → I-40 East → Claude. Thirty-four minutes of Amarillo pickups, twenty-eight miles of highway, fifteen minutes of in-town drop-offs, twenty-eight miles home.

You probably asked.

What if I'm the only one in a caravan?
You still ride. Fee is $2 more than a fully-stacked caravan but still discounted vs. solo on-demand. Driver earnings guaranteed at $30 min. Aeats eats the difference because caravans grow.
When does the fee lock in?
At seal time — four hours before departure. From that point, your final fee is whatever the count was when the caravan sealed. Join earlier and you get the lower fee every time someone else joins.
How do I invite my neighbor?
After you book, we text you a share link. If they use it, both of you save. Three of them? You all save three times as much. That's the whole point.
Can I cancel?
Free cancel up to 6 hours before departure. After that, 50% charge because the driver has already committed. After seal, no refund — the food's been paid for.
What if one restaurant is slow?
Driver waits up to 10 minutes, then the caravan moves on. Your food gets delivered in the next caravan free, or fully refunded — your call.
Is this just coupons?
No. This is a completely different delivery model. Coupons are marketing; caravans are operational math. The driver genuinely drives fewer miles per customer, so we can genuinely charge less — and pay the driver more.
