Welcome to G10be. When you create an account and use our products (Tab, Daisy, Narrator Cinema, The Tool, Story Forge, Timegram, Gas Tracker, or racer.wiki), you are agreeing to these terms.
Your Account: You sign up using your email. You get one account across all our products. Keep your email secure — that is your key to everything.
Ink Credits: Most of our products use “Ink,” a virtual credit system. Think of it like store credit. Ink has no cash value, you cannot sell it, and we do not have to exchange it for money. If you stop using G10be, any Ink you have goes away.
Payments: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card info. When you buy something or renew a subscription, we charge you automatically unless you cancel.
Your Content: When you upload photos, write text, or create content on our platform, you own it. We get permission to display it, process it with AI, and store it.
What We Are NOT: Tab is not a medical device, Daisy is not a medical device, and our allergen information is our best guess — not a diagnosis.
No Guarantees: Our services are provided as-is. We are not liable for more than what you have paid us in the last 12 months.
Disagreements: If something goes wrong, we try to work it out informally first. If we cannot, we go to arbitration, not court. You cannot sue us as part of a class action.
Changes: We can change these terms. If it is something big, we will give you 30 days notice.
By creating an account on any G10be product or platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Consumer Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use any of our services.
These terms apply to all users. Some products may have additional product-specific terms that supplement these terms.
We use magic link authentication — we send you a login link via email. You do not create a password.
Your G10be account is unified across all products. Your Ink balance and account settings apply everywhere.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email and account. Do not share magic links. They expire after a set time for security.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account.
G10be operates the following products, each governed by these terms:
Product-specific terms, where they exist, control over these general terms.
Ink is G10be’s proprietary closed-loop virtual credit system. Ink is not a real currency, bank deposit, or financial instrument.
Ink qualifies as a “non-convertible virtual currency” under FinCEN guidance and is not a money services business instrument.
Unused Ink may be forfeited after 24 months of account inactivity. Ink is non-refundable except where required by law.
Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at end of billing period. No partial refunds.
Pickup is via QR code at designated locations. G10be does not prepare food. Partner restaurants are solely responsible for food preparation, handling, allergens, and accuracy.
Allergen Disclaimer: Allergen info is provided by restaurants and is best-effort only. If you have allergies, contact the restaurant directly. G10be assumes no liability for allergic reactions.
Daisy is an AI system that interprets your voice to place orders. Daisy is not a human and may misunderstand requests. Confirm order details before payment.
Recording Consent: By using Daisy, you consent to recording of calls for ordering, service, and improvement purposes.
Medical Disclaimer: Daisy is not a medical device, health professional, or emergency service. Do not use for medical orders or emergencies. Call 911 for emergencies.
Allergens: Allergen info from Daisy is best-effort only. If you have allergies, do not rely on Daisy.
By ordering, you authorize G10be to charge via Ink credits or Stripe.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant G10be a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, process with AI, use in aggregated form, and create derivative works from your content.
AI-generated outputs are not eligible for copyright protection under current US law.
You may delete your content anytime. Deletion does not remove copies from backups or third-party caches.
Physical merchandise is fulfilled by Printful. Returns and exchanges per Printful policies.
Digital products and exports are non-refundable and final sales.
G10be uses Stripe for payment processing. We never store your full credit card number. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Most purchases are non-refundable. We may issue credits instead of refunds where permitted. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Do not: harass others, upload illegal content, scrape or bot our services, reverse engineer our systems, impersonate others, interfere with operations, or resell Ink or services without permission.
Violations may result in immediate suspension, Ink forfeiture, and legal action.

Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties. No guaranteed uptime.
Tab and Daisy are not medical devices. Allergen information is best-effort. We make no warranty of allergen accuracy.
G10be total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. This cap applies to all damages including data loss, lost profits, and consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G10be, Gilco LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from: your use of services, content you upload, interactions with third parties, legal violations, allergic reactions from food ordered through Tab or Daisy, and IP infringement claims. This survives termination.
Before arbitration, send written notice to legal@inkwell.wiki. G10be will respond within 30 days.
Disputes resolved by individual binding arbitration under JAMS Comprehensive Rules, not litigation.
Arbitration shall be on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not award class-wide relief.
Either party may pursue claims in small claims court if within jurisdiction.
Texas law governs. Venue for non-arbitration proceedings: Potter County, Texas.
You may terminate by contacting legal@inkwell.wiki. G10be may terminate with or without cause.
Upon termination: access revoked, Ink forfeited, subscriptions canceled, data handled per privacy policy. Indemnification, liability limitations, and arbitration survive.
G10be may modify these terms. Material changes require 30 days email notice. Continued use after the notice period = acceptance. If you disagree, terminate before the change takes effect.
Severability: Invalid provisions modified or severed; remainder stays in effect. Entire Agreement: These terms plus Privacy Policy and product-specific terms are the whole agreement. No Waiver: Failure to enforce does not waive any right. Assignment: You may not assign; G10be may assign to successors.
